Bedroom one is a spacious room, tastefully decorated with quality furnishings and decor. It features a king-size bed with built-in storage, as well as beautiful, bespoke furniture made by a local company, Uniqueness, providing ample storage space. The room benefits from large sliding doors that open to a generous outdoor decking area, showcasing stunning views of the local countryside, Beauly Firth, and Kilcoy Castle. 

This double bedroom includes USB ports on both sides of the bed for your convenience, as well as a dedicated hairdryer and a pair of robes for your use. It is designed to offer the utmost comfort and provide you with a luxurious stay in a peaceful countryside setting with breathtaking views.

Bedroom 2 is tastefully decorated with high-quality furniture and furnishings for your comfort. This versatile room can accommodate two single beds or one super-king size bed, which includes under-bed storage. There are two USB ports located on either side of the bed, as well as hanging space and a bespoke chest of drawers from a local company, Uniqueness. Each morning, you will wake up to stunning views of the Beauly Firth, Kilcoy Castle, and the surrounding mountains and countryside. The accessories come form our local art gallery and gift shop , One of a Kind in Eastgate Shopping Centre, Inverness - which only stocks from local artists and makers.  If you like what we have done you can pop in and buy your own version

The kitchen, living, and dining areas are beautifully furnished with high-quality furniture and accessories. The kitchen is equipped with a vast range of quality appliances, including an induction hob, air fryer, coffee pod, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, Smart Speaker and microwave oven. Large sliding patio doors open up to a spacious outdoor decking area, which is partially covered, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor space and stunning countryside views, no matter the weather or time of year. The decking leads to a private area featuring a wood-burning hot tub and a comfortable seating arrangement with a fire pit table, as well as a cozy hanging chair, creating an ideal setting for a luxurious countryside getaway. 

The high quality bathroom features a spacious shower, a toilet, and a hanging basin unit purchased from a quality local business, William Wilson. The artwork and finishing touches are sourced from our art gallery and gift shop, One of a Kind, located in the Eastgate Centre in Inverness. We have invested in eco-friendly, high-quality, log-burning hot tubs that come with options for hydro bubbles and special lighting if you desire. Additionally, we provide free logs for your entire stay. To ensure your privacy while enjoying the hot tub, we have created a fenced-off area that allows you to experience our stunning night skies, free from light pollution thanks to our countryside location. Whether you visit during the height of summer or in winter when the snow is blanketing the ground beneath starry nights, your experience promises to be incredible. You may even have the chance to witness the breathtaking northern lights, making your stay truly magical.

In order for you take advantage of the amazing views and beautiful, peaceful countryside, we created a spacious outdoor area featuring high-quality composite decking, which includes a partially covered section. This design allows you to enjoy outdoor living regardless of the weather or time of day throughout the year. 

Additionally, we have a covered space equipped with a fire pit table and contemporary, comfortable chairs where you can enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the amazing surroundings. There is also a stylish hanging chair, perfect for relaxing with a book in our tranquil countryside setting.
